Fuente: EnelSubte.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno de&nbsp;<strong>la\nCiudad considera que la terminaci\u00f3n de las obras<\/strong>&nbsp;del viaducto San\nMart\u00edn, que incluyen la finalizaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>de las estaciones Villa\nCrespo y La Paternal, no es prioritaria<\/strong>&nbsp;por el momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo aseguraron\nfuentes de la Secretar\u00eda de Transporte y Obras P\u00fablicas, que conduce Juan Jos\u00e9\nM\u00e9ndez,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/politica\/viaducto-san-martin-hace-un-ano-que-no-hay-obras-y-aun-no-saben-cuando-las-terminaran.phtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">al diario&nbsp;<em>Perfil<\/em><\/a>: \u201c<strong>En el marco de la\npandemia<\/strong>&nbsp;del Covid-19 y en l\u00ednea con la emergencia sanitaria\ndeclarada en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires,<strong>&nbsp;fue necesario ordenar y\npriorizar las obras proyectadas para la pr\u00f3xima etapa. En este sentido, se\ndejaron de priorizar obras que<\/strong>, o bien ya hab\u00edan sido iniciadas\no&nbsp;<strong>ten\u00edan empezado su proceso licitatorio<\/strong>; es el caso de\nlas estaciones La Paternal y Villa Crespo\u201d, aseguraron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la misma\nsecretar\u00eda aseguraron que&nbsp;<strong>\u201cno hay fecha de inicio\u201d para las obras,\nque ya llevan m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o frenadas<\/strong>&nbsp;a causa&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/enelsubte.com\/noticias\/exclusivo-analizan-rescindir-el-contrato-del-viaducto-san-martin-por-la-estafa-de-green\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">del esc\u00e1ndalo con la contratista original<\/a>&nbsp;(la UTE\nGreen-Rottio) y la posterior decisi\u00f3n del gobierno porte\u00f1o de rescindir su\ncontrato,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/enelsubte.com\/noticias\/oficial-rescindieron-el-contrato-del-viaducto-san-martin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">que fue anticipada en exclusiva por&nbsp;<em>enelSubte<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a esto,&nbsp;<strong>el\nGobierno de la Ciudad&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enelsubte.com\/noticias\/licitan-la-terminacion-de-las-obras-del-viaducto-san-martin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>decidi\u00f3 relicitar las obras pendientes en diciembre<\/strong>&nbsp;pasado<\/a>, a trav\u00e9s de la empresa estatal porte\u00f1a Autopistas\nUrbanas (AUSA). Los sobres se abrieron a fines de enero,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/enelsubte.com\/noticias\/viaducto-san-martin-estiman-que-las-obras-estaran-terminadas-para-el-segundo-semestre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">present\u00e1ndose un total de 12 ofertas<\/a>, y<strong>&nbsp;la\nadjudicaci\u00f3n estaba prevista para fines de marzo<\/strong>. Sin embargo,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/enelsubte.com\/noticias\/por-la-pandemia-se-demora-la-terminacion-del-viaducto-del-san-martin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">y tal como explic\u00f3 entonces este medio<\/a>, la pandemia oblig\u00f3 a\ndilatar esos plazos, que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/enelsubte.com\/noticias\/mas-demoras-en-la-obra-del-viaducto-del-san-martin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">se han extendido hasta la fecha<\/a>&nbsp;sin que haya avance alguno.<strong>&nbsp;De\nhaberse avanzado dentro de los tiempos pautados, las estaciones habr\u00edan estado\nterminadas para este mes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En este a\u00f1o de par\u00e1lisis los \u00fanicos\ntrabajos que avanzaron fueron los de v\u00edas y se\u00f1alamiento, que formaban parte de\ncontratos independientes<\/strong>&nbsp;y no se vieron afectados por la crisis de\nGreen-Rottio. En particular,<a href=\"https:\/\/enelsubte.com\/noticias\/finalizo-la-obra-del-nuevo-senalamiento-en-el-viaducto-del-san-martin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;la obra de se\u00f1alamiento fue terminada el mes pasado<\/a>&nbsp;y los trabajos de\nv\u00edas est\u00e1n pr\u00f3ximos a culminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que&nbsp;<strong>el\nviaducto de la l\u00ednea San Mart\u00edn<\/strong>&nbsp;(de 5 km de extensi\u00f3n, entre\nPalermo y el puente de la av.
