La joven de 19 a\u00f1os viajaba en moto con su novio Ariel (quien result\u00f3 herido con politraumatismos varios), cuando fueron embestidos por un patrullero de la mencionada fuerza polic\u00eda. La pareja fue trasladada al Torn\u00fa y luego al Pirovano, donde la joven falleci\u00f3 por la noche, tras haber sido declarada con \u201cmuerte cerebral\u201d despu\u00e9s del impacto. Seg\u00fan testigos, el m\u00f3vil policial ven\u00eda a toda velocidad, pasando todos los sem\u00e1foros en rojo desde Warnes y sin sirenas. El momento del impacto y el trayecto del auto, quedaron registrados por c\u00e1maras de seguridad. La versi\u00f3n policial indica que el patrullero que embisti\u00f3 la moto trasladaba a dos detenidos a la Alcaid\u00eda de la Comuna 15 B. Los hab\u00edan arrestado minutos antes en el cruce de Cucha Cucha y Juan B. Justo. De acuerdo a lo informado por InfoBae el 19 de noviembre, \u201cSilvina Be\u00f1acar, la oficial que manejaba el m\u00f3vil que protagoniz\u00f3 el incidente por el que muri\u00f3 Sandra Daiana Constante (19), quien iba a bordo de una moto cuando el patrullero de la Polic\u00eda de la Ciudad la choc\u00f3, fue pasada a disponibilidad. Fuentes de la fuerza de seguridad porte\u00f1a confirmaron el apartamiento de la agente y adem\u00e1s detallaron que la Oficina de Transparencia y Control Externo inici\u00f3 sumario administrativo. Be\u00f1acar est\u00e1 detenida desde el momento del hecho, tiene una defensa particular (no la patrocinan los abogados de la Polic\u00eda de la Ciudad, lo que en s\u00ed mismo es un mensaje) y este martes estaba previsto que prestara declaraci\u00f3n ante la Justicia. La causa la lleva el fiscal Diego Espada, a cargo de la Fiscal\u00eda Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nro. 6, y las actuaciones las realizan investigadores de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina. Espada recibi\u00f3 de parte de la Polic\u00eda de la Ciudad la informaci\u00f3n geoposicionada del veh\u00edculo que conduc\u00eda Be\u00f1acar, lo que permite saber el recorrido exacto que hizo hasta que atropell\u00f3 la moto en la que viajaba Constante como acompa\u00f1ante de un joven amigo\u201d. En la protesta de ayer estuvieron presentes vecinos, amigos y familiares de Sandra, tambi\u00e9n hinchas de Atlanta e integrantes de la murga en la que la joven bailaba. Se cort\u00f3 por m\u00e1s de una hora la avenida Corrientes, a la altura de Scalabrini Ortiz, para pedir Justicia por la joven fallecida.<br><\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div><p
